[Bug] Adapt Refresh Rate + Fullscreen resolution

It seems that you are "forcing" the refresh rate at 60, that's bad practice, you should list all modes supported by the adapter and use the returned information. (I have a 120hz monitor).

Same thing goes for the fullscreen resolution. (Even if now the default resolution is the desktop one is a starting point).

I need to revisit this side of things; the refresh rate and resizing stuff.

I did it at the start of the project, got it working and promptly forgot what all the code did Razz

It's my first DirectX project really too Razz
