Does it always only show the one score?

If there is a problem with the server then i've seen it not show anything.
But never only a single score.

It only loads the scores once on start up so they won't update until you restart.

As to the mystery object, my lips are sealed scratch

Yes it shows only one score (not the same) Maybe because i'm launching the game from the archive (if i unzip it it will freeze during loading)

Hmm, the freeze may be caused by not having proper permissions on the folder you are unzipping it to. You could try opening up the permissions to everyone, only for that folder and subfolders.

I'll see if i can duplicate this tonight.

Thats odd; i assume when you launch from the archive that Windows unzips the whole thing to a temp folder somewhere before running the exe. This means it can run fine from a folder as long as Windows unzips it.

When you manually unzip it do you have an assets folder?
